The long-awaited Repalle Railway Bridge renovation project is in its final phase and is expected to be completed by the end of November 2025. The new structure, designed with modern engineering standards, features improved pedestrian pathways, LED lighting, and enhanced safety barriers to support the growing traffic between Repalle and neighboring towns.
Local residents have expressed relief as the renovation has been pending for years due to funding delays. Once inaugurated, the bridge will significantly reduce travel time and improve road connectivity between Repalle and Guntur. Authorities are also planning to beautify the area with new streetlights and greenery, making it not only functional but also visually appealing.
